You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return it to us undamaged.

To do this, simply fill out the returns form and put it in the package. You can use the form to tell us why you sent the item back to us

Please make sure that you send the package back to us insured with proof of shipment. Once your return has arrived and been accounted for, you will receive an email from us with information about the credit. The credit amount will then be refunded to you via the payment method used when ordering.

The buyer must bear the costs for return shipping.

If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return.

There is no right to a refund of the purchase price for items that have been clearly worn.

Note: Secret Harmony is not responsible for returns until they reach us. Keep your proof of shipment and send your return insured with a tracking number as we are not liable for returns lost or stolen in transit.
